Assign to...
A link has been added, on Task Info screen, that allows you to change the current user assigned to the task. The feature allows you to determine who will continue with the task's the next step. For instance, a boss may assign a task that needs to be done to a designer. A designer may assign a task to his boss as a way to inform the task has been done and now the boss has to review it. A boss may assign a task to "Client X" user group, so everyone at "Client X" can see the published image or video and give feedback. This feature was already available by clicking the "Edit" button; the new link "Assign to..." allows you to do the same thing in a simpler and more intuitive way.

Client's preview
A new link was added, on Task Info screen, so you can see the task as if you were your client (he will only be able to see the associated image or video). This feature is only available for bosses and administrators and only when the task is assigned to a client. You will notice that the client has a simplified view: very easy to use and that doesn't allow him to see confidential information.

Quick user, project, state and task type creation
When creating a new task it is common to realize the user to be assigned to the task was not created yet. Now you can quickly create the user on the "New task" screen. Instead of selecting an existent user, simply click the "New" link besides the user list and enter the new username. You may create states, task types and projects in the same way. |
Other improvements
- Task link: Now when you generate a link to a task, you can choose whether the link should include a username so the person that will click on the link won't have to input his username. "Automatic login" can also be enabled so the person that will click on the link won't have to input his password.
- Project participants: When you are creating a task it is common to realize the user to be assigned to the task is not a project participant. Now, on the user list, non project participants are shown bellow project participants and if you select a user that is not a participant, you can add him as a participant right away.
- Just the latest 15 news entries are shown: When you see a project or task, only the latest 15 news entries are shown. To see older ones you can click "Show more news...".
